Context
The fundamental reactions taking place within nuclear fuel, both during and after reactor operation, are governed by processes that can be quantified statistically through the production of nuclear data such as cross-sections (the probability that a given process will occur) and fission yields (the probability that a specific nucleus will be produced during fission).
Challenges
Main objective
Reactor operation
Fuel Transport and Storage
Produce new evaluated nuclear data to complete international databases, improving the predictive reliability of the calculation tools needed to design and assess the performance of future nuclear reactors (SMRs, Generation IV reactors, etc.).
Structure

Axis 1
Reaction Cross-Section Measurements

Axis 2
Measurement and Evaluation of Fission Product Properties
